For over 20 years, I have been exploring the deep connection between the body, emotions, and the choices we make in life. I’ve witnessed how strength, flexibility, and vitality within the body shape our inner world — bringing clarity, confidence, and resilience into everything we do.
My journey began in 2003 as a fitness instructor. Over time, it deepened into teaching yoga, earning a Diploma in Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, and completing a yearlong training in somatic yoga for emotional trauma healing. My recent Diploma in Neurocoaching allows me to better understand how true transformation takes root in the brain and nervous system.
I created Malama Club as a sanctuary — a place of care, restoration, and belonging for women on the Big Island. Here, we reconnect to ourselves with tenderness and wisdom, learning to cultivate harmony, resilience, and grounded joy in our lives and in the lives of those we cherish.
